That includes all the speeches, the cello piece composed “For Sue” by Barry Conyngham, my eulogy and Michael & Anna, Anne and Peter’s contributions, slide show of images from Sue’s life, and the video “Sue’s Quilt” put together by Martin Bartfeld and Annette Blonski.
• Tributes to Sue. These include the formal notices put out and also extracts, where it seemed appropriate, from emails of condolence.
