Notes for Sarah SOLOMON
Birth: Certificate (this is prior to civil registration of births, therefore information from synagogue records) lists her as born February 1836, naming ceremony 12 March 1836, her parents were named but no address.
Marriage: Certificate only gives names and at the Sydney Synagogue.
Death: Monument Rookwood 'Sarah wife of the late William Cohen of Tamworth 10 July 1918, Section 3, row 2, plot 30.
There is some confusion regarding number of children. I have not put as many as Philip Cohen.
NSW Deaths show a Henry S died 1862 son of William and Sarah. Reg no 6041.
There are two announcements of births of children to Mrs William Cohen, one a birth of a daughter at Tamworth on 27 October 1855 and the second a birth of a daughter at residence Commercial Store Tamworth on 11 July 1858.
