Judge Wilfred Erne Leicseter born 11th May 1899 in Wellington NewZealand, studied Law at Victoria University, winning the PlunketMedal, The Union Prize and the Joynt Scroll. He began his legal careerunder two former Chief Justices of New Zealand, Sir Michael Meyers andSir Humphrey O'Leary. He later founded the legal firm of Leicester,Rainey and McCarthy.
